Features
Features/Technical Parameters/Performance
Chemical Bonding and Curing: Silicates react chemically with the substrate to form a ceramic film (Mohs hardness ≥ 7)
Composition: Low VOC, solvent-free (complies with GB 50325-2020 Class I)
Extreme Environmental Resistance: Acid and alkali resistant (pH 1-14), salt spray resistant ≥ 3000 hours, high temperature resistant to 1200°C (short-term)
Breathable and Water-Resistant: Microporous structure allows moisture to escape from the substrate (suitable for concrete with a moisture content ≤ 4%)
Mechanical Properties: Compressive Strength ≥ 80 MPa, Abrasion Resistance (TSA) ≤ 50 mg (1000 revolutions/1 kg load)
Application Suitability: Applicable by spray or roller, surface drying ≤ 30 minutes (25°C), recoating interval 2-4 hours
Application scenarios
Industries/Typical Applications
Heavy Industry: Chemical plant workshops, electroplating lines, battery manufacturing workshops (hydrofluoric acid resistant)
Food and Pharmaceutical: GMP cleanrooms, cold storage floors (remains flexible at -40°C), wine fermentation tanks
Public Safety: Underground parking lots (A1 fire protection), substations (antistatic), tunnels (mildew and antibacterial)
Special Environments: Offshore platform decks (salt spray resistant), nuclear power plant auxiliary areas (radiation pollution resistant), waste incineration plants (corrosion resistant)
Precautions
1. Key Construction Controls
Surface Preparation:
Sandblast to Sa2.5 (ISO 8501-1) or mechanically polish.
Moisture content ≤ 4% (CM test method). Cracks must be repaired in advance.
Material Mixing:
Mix the two components in a strict 4:1 weight ratio. Electric agitation for 3 minutes (400-600 rpm).
Potency ≤ 60 minutes (25°C). Residual material cannot be recycled.
Environmental Requirements:
Application temperature 5-35°C, dew point difference ≥ 3°C.
Relative humidity ≤ 85% (dehumidification required for high humidity environments).
2. Safety Protection
Risk Type/Protection Level
Alkaline Corrosion: Wear chemical goggles (ANSI Z87.1), alkali-resistant gloves (butyl rubber), and protective clothing (Type 4 or higher).
Dust Control: Use a closed mixing system or a P100 dust mask.
Working at Height: Use non-slip shoes (EN ISO 20345) and a fall protection system (EN 361).
