Process parameters:

(1) Incineration chamber temperature: ≥ 900 ℃ (800-1000 ℃ can be adjusted
according to the program and determined based on the incineration effect);

(2) Organic decomposition efficiency: ≥ 99%;

(3) Heat recovery rate: ≥ 95%;

(4) High temperature flue gas retention time: ≥ 1 second (900 ℃)

Characteristic:

1. Adopting a thermal storage heat exchange device, the thermal storage
carrier directly exchanges heat with the gas, with fast heating speed and
particularly high heat exchange efficiency, maximizing the recovery of sensible
heat from combustion products;

2. Adopting staged combustion technology, the temperature rise is uniform,
the burning loss is low, the heating effect is good, there is no local high
temperature and high oxygen zone, and the environmental protection effect is
good;

3. The switching air valve adopts our company's unique structure, combined
with reliable sealing materials, which has the characteristics of fast
switching, low wear and tear, and long working life;

4. The system adopts PLC automatic combustion control, with high degree of
automation, stable operation, and high safety and reliability.

Scope of application: Low concentration VOC exhaust gas, high air volume,
processing air volume generally ranging from 5000 to 100000 m3/
