Features
Strong Penetration
Penetrates deep into the substrate's pores, improving its density and strength.
Effectively enhances adhesion with subsequent coatings and prevents flaking.
High Alkali Resistance
Suitable for new buildings and cementitious substrates, effectively resisting alkaline corrosion.
Environmentally Friendly and Safe
Mostly water-based formulations are low in VOCs, non-toxic, and environmentally friendly.
Some inorganic systems offer mildew and antibacterial properties.
Excellent Anti-Powdering Properties
Significantly strengthens aging and powdered substrates, preventing surface powdering.
Excellent Application Performance
Excellent leveling, easy application, and compatibility with a variety of substrates.
Moderate drying speed improves application efficiency.
Application scenarios
Exterior Building Systems
Applies to various substrates, including cement mortar, concrete, and stone.
For exterior wall coating systems, enhancing adhesion and weather resistance.
Interior Wall Coatings
Preserves substrates such as gypsum board, putty, and masonry.
Commonly used in interior decoration systems for high-end residences, office buildings, and shopping malls.
Renovating Existing Walls
For old, chalky, and dusty walls, penetrating primers can strengthen the base.
Improve the bearing capacity of existing walls, facilitating subsequent construction.
Industrial and Public Facilities
Applies to industrial plants, warehouses, schools, hospitals, and other wall surfaces.
Improve durability and environmental performance.
Precautions
Surface Preparation
The base must be clean, dry, and free of oil, dust, and mildew.
New cement mortar walls must be cured for ≥ 28 days before application to ensure a stable pH value.
Application Conditions
Ambient temperature: ≥ 5°C; relative humidity: ≤ 85%.
Avoid application on rainy or windy days and out of direct sunlight.
Application Methods
Brush, roller, or spray can be used.
Apply an even coat, avoiding any gaps or accumulations.
Subsequent Processes
Topcoat or midcoat can be applied only after the primer is completely dry.
Avoid covering the primer while it is still wet, as this may affect adhesion.
Storage and Safety
Store in a cool, dry place, away from freezing and direct sunlight.
Maintain good ventilation during use.
